About us

  • Emma East

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

    With over a decade of experience crossing the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors Emma has an extensive and diverse portfolio. Her experience is a blend of agency and client side; most notably working for global high-street retailer Lush.

    Her role as Lead Designer saw her work across a number of flagship and international projects, working with global teams translating the latest concepts into local markets. However, her passion is to work with clients to realise their visions, from developing the brief to presenting back thought-provoking and future ready designs.

    Emma believes that collaboration is the key to success; forging dynamic teams and working relationships that strive for the best results.

    Emma also Lectures in Interior Design at Falmouth University, which allows her to work alongside the next generation of budding designers. This also means that she is able to work on research that is influencing our industry ensuring her work remains relevant and progressive.

  • Karolina Bilvinaite

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

    With over 12 years of experience in spatial design, Karolina has cultivated a vast array of skills and knowledge within the field of interior design. Her impressive portfolio is a testament to her expertise, with a particular emphasis on retail design where she consistently showcases her exceptional abilities.

    Karolina’s tenure as a Lead Designer at the renowned brand Lush has played a pivotal role in refining her talent for working in multicultural settings. Through her international experience, she has successfully overseen and completed numerous projects in more than 30 countries worldwide. This extensive global exposure has deepened Karolina’s understanding of diverse design aesthetics and cultural intricacies, enabling her to create immersive and captivating spaces that resonate with a wide range of audiences.

    Recently Karolina became a trustee of Recreate Dorset. The Trust’s Vision is for a sustainable Bournemouth which has thriving, inclusive communities in which all groups have a voice.
